NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SALE AND TRANSFER OF PUBLIC PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF BAXTER, IOWA, SAID REAL PROPERTY BEING LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS:
SOUTH 4 ACRES WEST ¼ SW SE
Better known as 407 S East Ave, Baxter, IA 50028 – Nursing Home Property
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Baxter, Iowa held on the 28th day of May 2024 at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter, in the City Council Chambers, 203 S. Main Street, Baxter, Iowa 50028. Said public hearing shall be to consider the intent to dispose of the City’s interest in said Property as set forth in Resolution No. 65-24.
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard on the proposal to dispose of the City's interest in the aforementioned property. Further information on this matter may be obtained by contacting the Baxter City Clerk.
