Regular meeting BEDCO April 2, 2007

Members present; Bishop, Larson, Northrup, Nation

President Bishop called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Larson motioned to approve agenda Northrup seconded. Motion passed all ayes

Advisors reports: Craig Hamilton stated that there was an ethanol prospect in western Jasper County and a possible wind turbine prospect at the former Maytag buildings. Larry Hesson stated that the garden club is considering a shelter house at the south city park and that the tornado siren is up and running. Scott Kaisand reported that interest rates are remaining steady.

Larson motined Nation seconded to approve minutes as presented. Motion passed all ayes.

Northrup moved t approve financial report. Larson seconded. Motion passed all ayes.

Larson moved to pay bills as presented. Northrup seconded. Motion passed all ayes

Old Business: Bishop presented a quote for light placement at Brannens. Larson moved to award bid to Foremans electric for $223.65 plus tax. Nation seconded. Motion passed
