A reminder to property owners: It is the responsibility of property owners to remove snow and ice promptly from adjoining sidewalks. Snow and ice must be removed from sidewalks within 48 hours of a snow or ice storm. If a property owner does not remove snow and ice accumulation within the 48 hour time period, the City will do so and assess a cost of $100.00 against the property owner for collection in the same manner as a property tax.
